Bull Testing: Selected bulls must remain on site after event until the testing has been completed. Any of the bulls not tested will be fined and winnings forfeited.

Check-In: Saturday, July 06, 2019 between 10pm and 10:30pm (after the rodeo) and Sunday, July 7th between 8am – 11:30am. Any arrivals before or after the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a fine. Please contact Kyle for details. If you are traveling from a distance and plan to arrive prior to check-in, you must contact the on-site ABBI representative or the ABBI office at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure pen space is secure and available. Animals will then need to be checked in with ABBI officials during the designated check in time. Failure to contact ABBI in advance will subject you to a $250.00 fine per animal.
Late Arrival: Late check-in - $250.00 per animal. Late is defined as not being in line at the designated close time for check in of animals. Check-in officials will determine the end of the line where fines will be assessed.
Check – Out Time: Monday, July 8th by 9:00am.
Judging: The producer has elected to use the 5 judge system for the Classic.
Conduct: All participants are expected to meet the honesty, integrity and professionalism to reflect the image expected of members of the PBR /ABBI. (Please refer to the PBR rulebook)
Pay Out and W-9 Requirements:To avoid any delay in payment of prize money, please submit your 2019 W-9 to the ABBI office previous to the event. All prize money will be paid out by check or direct deposit. All required forms can be found at abbinow.com in the event forms.
Horns: Your bull MUST have his horns tipped to the diameter of a 50 cent piece according to ABBI rules prior to arriving at the event. We will not allow you to check in if you fail to comply and you will be fined $250.00 per un-tipped bull.
Health Papers: All contractors are required to bring a copy of health papers and EID tag paperwork if the animal’s tag is missing or has recently been replaced. There will be an ABBI representative on hand at check in to verify all paperwork. If health paper work is not provided or an EID tag is missing, with no paperwork, you may be fined or disqualified.
Current Health papers must be shown at check in - both TB and Brucellosis are required (Must be within 365 days of issue).
Outstanding Balances with ABBI must be paid by Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 5:00 PM (MST) or you may be drawn out of the event.
