PUEBLO, CO (July 9, 2021) - American Bucking Bull Inc. (ABBI) announced today an additional $200,000 added money into 3 events, which totals in excess of a potential $1.5 million to be paid out to Futurity calves alone by April 2022.
“We have formed another 3 events for these futurity bulls to win unprecedented amounts of money." said ABBI President Jay Daugherty. "The Champion of each event being given a check on the dirt at a few of the biggest bull riding events in our industry. Our members have been loyal, and because of that we have set the stage for them to win sums of money that will truly impact their lives. All at the same time we will be capturing attention from outside of the industry and sending an open invitation that says 'anyone can own a bucking bull'.
In addition to the $100,000 added to the Jerry Nelson’s Frontier Rodeo Maiden Yearling event presented by Zimmerer Kubota in November, there will be $50,000 added to the event in Ardmore, Oklahoma, in November in which 15% of the total purse will be held out for a “non-winner purse”.
The ABBI will host its first $75,000 added event the end of January in Guthrie Oklahoma with 15% of the total purse being held out for a “non-winners purse”. The top 5 bulls from this will come back 2 weeks later for a short go at the Oklahoma City PBR UTB event.
Then, at the end of February we will do another $75,000 added event with 10% of the total purse being held out for “non-winners” and 15% being held out for a “limited purse”. The top 5 calves from this event then will proceed to a short go at another PBR UTB Event.
In May 2022, the Top 5 calves in the Futurity Standings will compete at the Arlington, TX PBR UTB event.
Entry fees are $1,000 and 100% payback plus $250 pen fee for one or two day events and $300 for three or more event days.
Any calf pulling a check in the open purse is not eligible for any other purses (non winner or limited).
